Territorial Attaché or Engineer
Mission
As a vital link between elected officials, businesses, and institutional stakeholders, your role is essential in building a resilient, innovative, and forward-looking metropolitan area. You will enhance the region's attractiveness in terms of economic development and related themes, notably by participating in cross-border projects aimed at boosting the region's economic appeal.
Reporting to the Director General of Services, you must:
- to participate in discussions on the Territorial Coherence Scheme and local urban planning documents regarding economic aspects,
- to manage community economic files in partnership with the service provider for economic development and business support,
- supporting local businesses, managing financial aid,
- to monitor the redevelopment projects for brownfield sites intended for economic purposes,
- managing the implementation and monitoring of partnerships with the public land establishment in particular,
- to seek financial assistance for the community in the area of economic development and to respond to calls for projects or certification where applicable,
- to monitor urban planning, land and building permit files, in conjunction with the technical services,
- prepare thematic committees, put together grant applications and contribute to cross-border projects.
Profile
Proactive in implementing policies and priorities, you are familiar with public accounting practices. As an expert advisor to the authorities, you are skilled at managing projects, preparing administrative and financial documentation, and negotiating effectively. Discreet and responsible, you demonstrate intellectual and technical competence, strong writing skills, the ability to synthesize information, and a collaborative and supportive approach. You are fluent in German and/or English.
