Missions
Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs and Assemblies, within the General Directorate of Services, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring the legal security of administrative procedures, agreements, public service delegations and other acts that bind the institution vis-à-vis third parties,
- advice and expertise to the services,
- litigation and pre-litigation management,
- drafting of documents and administrative acts relating to the various missions of the General Directorate,
- pre-legality checks, particularly in relation to the decisions of the deliberative assembly,
- management of assemblies,
- legal monitoring, particularly in the area of urban planning law.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Master's degree in Public Law,
- good knowledge of administrative law, appeal procedures and administrative litigation,
- writing and analytical skills,
- ability to work in a team and to coordinate a cross-functional project,
- rigor, organizational and planning skills,
- autonomy and interpersonal skills,
- availability during working hours and discretion (duty of confidentiality).
