As early as 2002, the Sarreguemines Confluences Agglomeration Community decided to draw up a plan of cycle routes with a dual objective: to develop cycle tourism by creating major cycle routes in connection with neighboring territories and to promote soft modes of transport by serving all the municipalities of the Agglo.
In addition, the interconnection with the circuits of the existing neighboring territories has been carried out (Land of Sarre, other intermunicipalities of the Pays de l'Arrondissement de Sarreguemines Bitche). These routes primarily use "quiet" municipal roads, forest and farm roads.
These routes are open to many users because they allow, beyond cycling, the practice of rollerblading and walking.

The Terres d'Oh destination! was created by the Association du Bassin Touristique de la Sarre in 2018. It is a dynamic grouping of 4 intermunicipalities including the Community of Agglomeration Sarreguemines Confluences, 9 municipalities wetted by the canals of the Sarre and the Marne au Rhin, an association of boat rental companies (ADPTF), an association of yachtsmen (ANPEI), the SaarMoselle Eurodistrict and Navig'France.
Its objective is to put the actors of the territory into tourism and to promote river tourism.
